IdentityIQ

The SERIfied IdentityIQ is deployed with the Standard Demo in C:\SailPoint\Tomcat-9.0\webapps\identityiq.

It uses a MySQL database.

Admin username/password: spadmin / admin

All other identities' username/password: first.last / xyzzy or first.last / Admiral1$$ e.g. amanda.ross/ Admiral1$$

OrangeHRM

OrangeHRM is the HR system for the SERI base demo. It is installed under Apache at C:\SailPoint\Apache24\htdocs\orangehrm.

The credentials for the Web interface are Administrator / Sailp0!ntHRM.

The credentials for the database are orangehrm / Sailp0!nt.

Active Directory

Windows Server 2025

The AD server in this resource image has been seeded with demo data.

Groups can be found in OU=Groups,OU=Demo,DC=seri,DC=sailpointdemo,DC=com.

All accounts have the password: Admiral1$$.

Note that Windows Server 2025 makes encrypted access mandatory if you want to use password based access.

The credentials used to access Active Directory were changed to adadmin / Sailp0!nt

IQService

8.5

IQService-IIQ is installed in C:\SailPoint\IQService-IIQ.

Note that IdentityIQ 8.5 requires encrypted communication if you want to execute Native Before/After Scripts.

IQService-IIQ now uses Port 6060 and the same credentials used for accessing Active Directory adadmin / Sailp0!nt

ERP Portal

The ERP Portal is configured to run automatically using the Tomcat app server (running as Windows service).

It relies on a csv file as datastore available here: C:\SailPoint\Tomcat-9.0\webapps\ERPPortal\users.csv

TRAKK-WS

TRAKK-WS is a web services application that manages accounts.

TRAKK-WS uses the TRAKKWS database in MySQL.

The credentials for the database are read from the properties file located in C:\SailPoint\Tomcat-9.0\webapps\trakkws\WEB-INF\classes.

The default credentials are trakkws / sailpoint.

The credentials for the User Interface are admin / Sailp0!nt.

PRISM

The database for the well-known Purchasing, Resourcing Information Systems Management (PRISM) application is deployed to the MySQL server instance on this image.

The MySQL credentials for the PRISM database are: prism / Sailp0!nt.

MySQL

The MySQL server is configured as a Windows service and is started automatically.

The credentials are root / sailpoint.

MySQL folder has been added to the PATH environment variable, to connect run the following from the command line:

mysql -u root -psailpoint

MySQL is now installed in C:\SailPoint\MySQL\MySQL Server 8.0

OpenDJ

The OpenDJ server is configured as a Windows service and should start automatically.

The start menu has a shortcut to the administration console.

The credentials are cn=Directory Manager / sailpoint

The aged Mercury Mail Server was replaced by a simple Catch All Mailserver that provides a web interface. It is running as Windows service.
